Ocean views
Very comfortable bed and the views were beautiful. They need to replace broken window treatments so that you can see the ocean view .

Well below the price point and needs a serious update!
Well below my expectations for this price point! The ocean view I was expecting was through dirty windows, rusty screens and janky cheap window coverings that were junk. No patio for a sunset view like some of the other offerings just down the street. The shower curtain rod was broken, the baseboards were dirty, the microwave had food in it and the countertop needed to be repainted since it wasn't even Formica and the bed needs a new mattress. The concrete garden seating was broken and exposed rusty rebar. The staff never even asked how the room was. It was clear the room was tired and the property has not been updated or maintained very well and housekeeping does the bare minimum. I would not stay here again until the room price is below $100 a night and my fiance will not stay here again, ever…

We’ve stayed here several times in the past. Good location. No daily maid service and you have to give 24 hours notice if you want it but you can ask at front desk for coffee or towels if needed. The drain in the sink has a rotten egg (slider) odor and I’ve noticed it in past visits. However, it is a good location and anemities are good for the price. Moonstone beach boardwalk and access right across the street.

Great location on the PHC. Fabulous ocean views, easy beach access. Highly recommend.
Great location. Scenic ocean views with easy access to walking trails. Several nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Disappointment
Our room was very dated and could definitely use some updating. The furniture didn’t match, and what was there was stained and looked worn and poorly maintained.
There was no ceiling fan or air conditioning, only windows that could be opened. Unfortunately, with the windows open, we could hear people throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The WiFi also did not work well at all, and we were unable to make or receive phone calls during our stay.
The location was also a major issue for us. The entire area seemed to shut down around 7–8 PM, and there were no fast food options within about 20 miles. If you arrive late, be prepared because there may not be anywhere nearby to get food.
The check-in experience was disappointing as well. After a 2.5-hour drive, we arrived hoping to check in early, but were told our room wasn’t ready, which we understood. However, when we asked if there was a restroom in the lobby that we could use while we waited, we were told there was not one and were directed to a restaurant down the street to use their restroom. The woman who checked us in was also not particularly friendly or welcoming
Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not stay at this hotel again. We were very disappointed with the overall condition, lack of basic amenities, poor WiFi and phone service, and the customer service. We also would not choose to stay in Cambria again based on this experience
