The floor was dirty, there were no towels in our room or shampoo, when I tried to call the front desk the phone wasn’t working, I called on my phone and got no answer, there was no plate for the microwave and it was just very inconvenient overall

To start off, there was nobody ever at the counter. There was no pool no hot tub no breakfast everything you said that it offered. I found a bedbug in my room. Had to get a new hotel because she couldn’t switch my room then had to pay extra overall, just a terrible experience and absolutely do not bring your kids here there’s nothing for them to do and there’s no gym

The pool area was closed. The jacuzzi was not filled.
The TV did not work. A deli was in amenities not there.
Very disappointed.

The carpets we just musty and dirty throughout. The room smelled like stale smoke, walls and curtains were in bad condition. The bed sheets looked clean, but there was no blanket/comforter on the bed.

This property was awful. The AC in our room was broken and it was so stuffy in there. I was able to open the window and the screen was ripped open. There was no soap in the bathroom. The front desk did the best to try to help us out, but there was no other rooms available overall a poor experience.
