Room was clean. Staff was communicative and helpful with my late check-in. Right in the downtown area. Nice view. A/C was nice and cold. Don’t press the Mode button! lol

Go elsewhere!

This location is unkept and outdated!
Our first impression of the outside was not good, got into our room and went back to the front office. My husband told the office person that he had read that they had remodeled rooms. Could we have one of those? We were told we WERE in one of the remodeled rooms (we still laugh about that )
The toilet ran off and on all night and the room NEEDED a DEEP cleaning!!
No stopper in the sink.
There was a flyswatter on the wall that we used frequently (maybe we were just bad aims) and I took a pillow off the bed because it had insect on it
Get ready for bed folded back the covers, there was a hole in the blanket and stains on the sheet. It looked like the sheets had been laundered, but it was cringe and a late hour to find the stains, I certainly would not have put them on a bed for a guest at my home ( I have added photos)
Great view of the water, ironically, I also have a terrific view of the water from my own home so this would not have been an all in all draw for me to go there or come back ever.
There was a sign in the office meant to be funny , however if I would’ve had my grandchildren there I would not have allowed them to repeat what it said with the “ F “ word making it very unbusiness like.
I would not recommend this establishment at all.

A surprising little spot. Seriously, when we pulled up into the parking lot, we literally circled around and pulled right back out. However, several in our group had already booked and couldn't get a refund, so we decided to at least give it a look. The outside could use some love, especially the homestead & office side. The rooms, however older & rather small, were very clean. Literally cleaner than a lot of the large, chain hotels I've stayed in. For once, I didn't find mold & mildew in the bathroom.
No amenities to speak of, other than television and a travel size shampoo & conditioner. Altogether, it felt like visiting your grandmother's house. It's not new, it's not fancy and it's not huge. But, it's cozy, comfortable and very clean. For that, I give it 4.5 stars.

Decent place, would stay again. Good view of the mighty Missouri and the nearest bridge from outside lounge area and bathroom window. The AC setup is weird and instructions were a bit too complicated to figure out before falling asleep, so the bright light on the unit got into my eyes from time to time. I'm not into vending-machine-type pastries for breakfast, but Angela's Bakery is only a couple blocks away, opens at 7, and is excellent.

Dark property. Arrived late 01:00 hrs many persons malingering in the parking lot. Room on 3rd floor smelled - asked for new room. 2nd room on 3rd floor - asked for another room. 3rd room on 2nd floor smelled okay and appeared clean; but hall did not smell well. Property looked to need repair - Big price for no frills dilapidated property.
Bed was clean!
