Plenty of parking. Clean room. Part of the hallway was under construction; looks like maybe they had a pipe burst over the winter.

Construction zone

Driving through and needed to stay one night. Courtyard is our go to chain since we stay primarily at Marriott properties and Courtyard is normally clean and comfortable with the added bonus we don't have to leave to find dinner because of the included Bistro. We booked a 1 bedroom king suite since it was just $9 more than a regular king room. Second floor we headed down the hallway to our suite and walked into a construction zone. Ceiling panels missing, carpet removed, no drywall, plastic sheeting on walls, rooms boarded up with plastic sheeting covering. Found our room in this construction zone and walked in to a project suite. It smelled musty with an overbearing floral to try and cover the smell. All baseboards were missing, granite countertop was cracked, broken and splitting in 2 places. Walls appeared to have water damage because the walls were blistered and pulling away from corner. Air conditioner was extremely loud and cycled constantly. Bathroom mirror was not even hung over the sink. It was a long countertop and the sink was at one end and the mirror hung in the middle. On a positive note everyone we met who was working was friendly and competent. They did a great job at the front desk and Bistro. Would I stay here again, NO. We couldn't leave quickly enough in the morning. And hotel policy states no pets...well when we walked out of our room this morning we met a little furry on a leash being led down through the hall construction zone by someone who had stayed the night. Interesting.

My room was great. The only issue I had was with the workout room. It was a bit small and dank. One of the lights was out. I also had an issue with the elliptical machine. Someone had left gum on the book rack, which ended up getting stuck to my ipad. After my workout, I brought it to the attention of the front desk clerk. The next night, when I used the gym again, I noticed the gum was still there.
