I love the location. Its not far from everything. Most i drive was 20mins that was the beach but everything else super close will be stay again. The only thing if you use the gym bring sanitizer they dont have anything to clean the equipment with hope that will chang.

I feel like it’s a little overpriced for what it is, lobby and other areas were clean with newer furniture, but my room was kinda beat up.Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and I appreciate the easy use laundry facilities. And the location had lovely waterfront views!

The location was beautiful. We were lucky to have received a room facing the marina and it was lovely. The pool and hot tub were both clean and functioning which is a plus, as many hotels now do not have a hot tub. Breakfast was typical hotel fare, a few of my items were not hot. I also felt like individual creamers and salt and pepper packets would have been more sanitary than touching the containers everyone else touched. The room was nice, it had plenty of room for 6 if you like close contact with folks. The sofa bed is a trundle so you could put a child there. Everything seemed to operate properly in the room. The only eyesores were on the building itself, there was some places that needed repair, eaves falling off, it looked dangerous and not what you would expect on a higher priced hotel. We had a nice stay and would stay again.

Clean, comfortable and close to College of Charleston

We selected this property bc it was close to College of Charleston. We found the room to be clean, cool, and had 2 queen beds, which we needed. We enjoyed that the outdoor pool and hot tub were open until 10. We stayed in room 222 and thought the view was lovely. Free warm breakfast was a plus and we were a 7 minute drive to Warren dorms.

We are glad the location worked well for your plans and that the guestroom was comfortable for your group. It is also nice to know you enjoyed the evening access to the pool and hot tub, along with the breakfast offerings. Your kind comments will be shared with the appropriate team, and we look forward to welcoming you back on a future visit.
Sincerely,

Hallway of 47th floor near eleavator the floor as ripping up and could be a trip hazard for people. Looks like water damage which could be the smell in the hallway. Also, the bedding on one of our beds was dirty. Looked like makeup stains. Hotel has potential but needs some maitenance attention.
