Located at the intersection of 2 highways there was a lot of traffic noise, particularly annoying at night.

This hotel is very clean, the service was excellent, and it was a very comfortable stay. I loved the Dove products in the bathroom. Also was one of the quickest check ins I’ve ever had at a hotel!

Clerk would not print out a bill for me. Door to bathroom would not slide easily and we thought when the room was cleaned someone would notice. I had to report it and it was fixed shortly after that. TV channel selection was not good. Shower head needs to be cleaned or adjusted.

Great experience even with a maintenance issue. We did have an issue with room 425 having no working shower and very weak water pressure in the toilet. This was not discovered until later in the evening.
The front desk was very helpful. Moving rooms was mad possible to the room one door down. Maintenance did arrive the very next morning. We completely understand it being the weekend that maintenance is probably only on call.
I would suggest though that when they have a service call, you have the following protocol in place:
1. Have some sort of identification tag or such on the employee's person.
2. Have a way to notify the room guest that maintenance is on sight, and would like to come up for repairs.
It was a bit startling for my daughter to have a strange man enter her room as she was sleeping. She did hear him knock, but did not have time to answer the door before he came in himself.
Thank you for your prompt response though. Your front desk staff for all your shifts were friendly, helpful, and professional.

We had a very good single night stay. It was as expected and the room had all of the amenities that we needed.
