AMAZING!! Beautifully decorated, spacious room. Professional staff. Delicious breakfast. Awesome pool for my granddaughters. The early checkin was extremely helpful. We were out of town visitors that came to Chattanooga for a play at 2:00. Early check in really helped us get ready for the play. I was truly amazed at the beauty of downtown Chattanooga. We will be returning. Thanks

I love staying here has an outdoor indoor pool. We had great service. We love the breakfast, the coffee bar, and the happy hour.

Great hotel near everything downtown

This hotel is located very well, close to everything. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good and there was ample seating. There is an indoor+outdoor pool which is pretty unique. Overall, this was a good value. This is not the hotel’s fault, but the traffic noise is almost unbearable. We were on the 3rd floor and stayed awake much of the night from so many loud cars / motorcycles and emergency vehicles. This is definitely a consideration if you have sensitive sleepers in your group.

Very nice stay!

My husband and I stayed here overnight on a road trip, and our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was easily accessible, and the desk agent, Rico, was everything wonderful. With us and with every guest I saw him interact with, Rico was cheerful, helpful, and efficient.
We would definitely recommend this hotel.
