The clerk who checked me in was very abrupt and not welcoming. The other clerk, next day was pleasant and informative. The breakfast was good.

Business Trip in Cheyenne

I stayed a week at this hotel, and the service that was given was great. The staff was very nice, and the rooms were very clean. I can tell that the hotel had recently been renovated, almost everything was new. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of different options. The coffee was especially good, and the coffee machine was open 24/7 which made it really convenient. Overall, I would say that this hotel is the best hotel I have stayed at, I highly recommend staying here

Nice location for Cheyenne Frontier Days experience. Stephan, the manager, was very good and when his breakfast person called in tired, he busted his butt to make sure the breakfast was served for his travelers. NICE JOB, Stephen!

We had the worst experience!
We booked this hotel in December 2025
We showed up last week and they were not on the price that we originally booked it at they charged us double till there was nothing else we could do and we could leave the property if we did not like it. The property was purchased since then by age of an owner and he is not honoring the original booking prices.
The staff was not helpful at all told us we could leave if we did not want to pay double the original booking price!
Would not recommend staying here
