I really enjoyed the breakfast provided each morning! The property was clean and the front desk staff was really nice.

Smelled of midew dirty carpet in room and hallways. Furniture and bed looked uncleaned. This used to be a classy place to stay

Breakfast was good. You have to pay for parking which was $33 per night for us, but we did only stayed 1 night.
Staff assigned us our 1st room - bed frame was broken and we couldn't even sleep on it.
Staff assigned us the 2nd room - walked in and noticed all wet floors between the bathroom and sink.
3rd room was decent.
Staff was really friendly regardless though. But maintenance could of been way better

The rooms was severely outdated. It he AC wouldn’t go past 74 degrees. It was so hot. They wouldn’t move us rooms as they were booked up for the BTS concert. After paying for the hotel, you have to pay additionally for parking. Which was another 70 dollars for 2 days….

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area very close to the Cumberland station with Park and Ride for taking the Blue Line into the city. Airplanes do fly over but we didn't hear them in our room.
The only thing is the water pressure was a little bad.
Will stay again!
