Property was very clean and enjoyed we enjoyed our room. However, there are a couple of down sides to mention. Upon arrival front desk staff was not very friendly when trying to find out where to store our bags before check in. Having to pay $2 per bag stored seemed unnecessary given the price we paid for the entirety of our stay. Additionally, when we went to retrieve our stored bags nobody was at the counter and the wait seemed unwarranted as there was a manger downstairs that could have helped but instead chose to tell us someone should be back soon. For the premium price we paid it definitely should have been better from a customer service viewpoint.

The location adjacent to Michigan Avenue is convenient. The room and lobby areas were clean. The front desk staff and cleaning staff are pleasant and helpful. We've stayed here a few times and were satisified.

This was our first time in Chicago and the location of the Warwick in The Magnificent Mile for shops and restaurants and convenience to the train was perfect.
The staff were very professional and helpful at checkin. We extended our stay and our checkout and they were accommodating.
Our room was clean, comfortable and adequate for our needs.
They had free bottled water but not free coffee, nor many food choices from the counter. But again convenient to many restaurants . I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful stay!
The red line is about an 8 minute walk to/from hotel if you’re flying in.
The hotel overall is a tiny bit dated but nothing is worn down or dirty. Rooms were spacious & the 5th floor where I stayed was nice and quiet, I will remember that when I come back to visit!
