This is one of the most well run Hilton Tru hotels. It’s a team manager was excellent, the breakfast staff was exceptional and responsive. I loved everything about my stay.

I travel to MA. Moving my daughter back to college. After a long day I go to the hotel to check in. I walked in & I greeted the staff at desk. I was not greeted back,instead she just said, Last name. Which I gave her & gave her ID & my credit card & she gave me my keys. I didn't get a great welcome. I work in customer service & I expected a warm greeting or a greeting period. Hotel look & smell good. Got to my room to inspect the room & there was long strain of hair in sink & counter in bathroom. I usually clean & sanitize hotel room myself. So I didn't call desk for re-clean. Did it myself.Bed & pillows was very comfy. Had a great night sleep.Next day breakfast was very good. One of the reason why I stay with Tru. Pool was very relaxing. It was just me in there that was a plus. The staff the next day friendlier than the night before. Over all I will Definitely stay again.

This hotel was incredibly family-friendly! I stayed for two nights with my daughter while visiting Six Flags, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The amenities were great, including the pool, 24/7 gym, and lots of table and board games for families to enjoy. Breakfast had something for everyone—make-your-own pancakes, hot food, fresh fruit, yogurt, and more. Our room was comfortable, and the bed was so cozy after a long day at the park. We would definitely stay here again!
Oh and unlimited coffee and tea - all day!

The renovated hotel was clean, convenient, and of good value. Front desk service, housekeeping, and maintenance staff were and has been top-notch. We look forward to our next stay.

Would stay here again!

This was a nice stay. The staff was great, especially the girl who checked us in. She had a funny comeback for every one of my husband’s silly comments. I don’t mind that Tru rooms are not carpeted and sort of sparse. We had places to set everything. Lighting was good and bed was comfortable. I didn’t really like my pillow but that may be a personal preference. I was glad they had a nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast was slightly above standard. I say that because they had more fresh fruit- apples, bananas and oranges, boiled eggs and the premade omelets, sausage links, pancakes and oatmeal. The breakfast area was clean, well stocked and well maintained. There were foosball tables in lobby. I would stay here again.
