Walk in shower was nice, beds were comfortable but there were pieces of glass on the floor and a wad of hair in the shower. Dangerous and gross.

Awful front desk service and room

Awful front desk service, if i could select negative points, I did it. I made my reservation with a month of advance. During my afternoon check-in, the front desk clerk gave me an "upgrade" room with separate beds. One AC was broken, and the other sounds like a power plant. There weren't rooms available as alterative, no maintenance staff, and no supervisor to aid. The answer was that "you'll need to wait until tomorrow." It wasn't a "Comfort" experience at all. I requested my refund and went to another hotel from another chain.

Don’t bother

Filthy place. Horrible smells. Late breakfast and coffee whenever they fell like it. Worst of the choice hotels. Tried to leave a day early because of these issues and wasn’t allowed to. Felt stuck here. Old not recommend this hotel except to my worst enemies.

Have stayed here before without incident(other than tight/limited parking), but this stay was not so good. Other occupants were partying/loud music, talking well into the night and morning. Went down to front desk multiple times and then felt like the person was giving me attitude. Just expected a peaceful nights rest and it wasn’t happening.
