Stayed at the 4 points for one night prior to a cruise leaving from Canaveral. Hotel staff were amazing and we were given early check in with no issue!
Ate dinner at the hotel restaurant Shark Bite which was reasonably priced and offered a wide selection of items. It was your typical pub fare!!
Rooms were average and clean. It is super close to Ron Jon if that’s your jam!! Walking distance to the beach which was convenient!!

For 175 a night is pricy considering our shower head when you turned it upside down only sprayed 2 inches in the air above it. Worst shower I could possibly have. Also went to talk to the desk and thier solution was to give us another room to shower in. We all already showered. Then they just looked at us. Called 3 times to get m ore pillows with no answer. The pillows were so flat.

Customer service was lacking. We were told before we arrived there would be a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. None were available and the hotel stated we should have ordered a shuttle (but they never mentioned that when we made our reservation). We also requested a shuttle to the cruise terminal, but their shuttles didn't start until 1030. Our cruise report time was 0930, so again they didn't follow through with their advertising, and we ended up calling an Uber (which actually worked out much better). Our rooms were on separate floors and we're right by the elevator and the entry door to the wing. It was super noisy all night long. I would not EVER recommend this hotel to anyone!

We had a great time the staff is super friendly and made our stay fun. Best gift shop in town and the Shark pit bar and grill is amazing. Ask for Paul and Shannon they mix great drinks and are super friendly.

The pool was not nearly as nice as the pics let on. It’s actually partially under the parking garage and quite small.
The AC in the bedroom was incredibly noisy. The restaurant on-site wasn’t bad, but I’d only recommend eating there for convenience.
