Excellent Experience

Our stay as always was perfect and most enjoyable! We love everything about your hotel. The staff is exemplary and definitely contributes to the entire experience with their kindness, friendliness, and excellent job performance.
Unfortunately the only name we got was Dario in the dining room. He was a delight and we truly enjoyed visiting with him, in addition to his excellent service.

Hotel sleeping rooms, meeting rooms and staff very good. I was in room 759. Texas A&M restaurant and accouunting bad.

Train tour servers to look at food and offer to rep[lace if bad. Have accounting return voice mails.

Train Noises!

We really wished we liked this hotel. Really nice hotel with friendly staff. The bedsheets were very soft. But with all the amenities it really couldn't make up for the lack of sleep we experienced due to the train running constantly through out the night. Ear plugs were provided but that was also an uncomfortable option to sleep. I didn't want to believe the reviews but it's true. Train noises are very loud. If you're a light sleeper, as we are, I do not recommend staying here. I think this is acceptable for college kids but not for older couples.

Great Location!!

Staff is friendly, happy to see us. Bar was good, great price on drinks. Junction did not have good food in morning. Service is really slow. Brazos kitchen had long wait times for getting our lunch out. Sat for over an hour. Only ordered sandwiches, fries were cold.

Rotary District Conference

Great hotel, meeting rooms, bars and restaurants. Had a Rotary conference there that went very well. Nice rooms and great suites with awesome outdoor areas complete with tables and chairs. Had some good food at the hotel restaurants. And the banquet meal served at our conference on Saturday night was outstanding.
