We stay in Dallas once a month to visit family. This was our first time to stay at Hyatt Place and it won’t be our last. The condition of the property was very nice. The staff was helpful and professional. The included breakfast was great and the serving area was modern, clean, and comfortable. Our room was nicely furnished and well designed. The shower/restroom area was a little small but clean and functional. The parking lot and entry was well lit. We were surprisingly impressed. Location is very convenient as well.

Our stay was good but no air conditioning, we realized that the plug couldn’t reach the socket. We noticed error was on the wall unit but didn’t know. The room was beautiful just no air.

The stay was nice I loved the convenience of the room the location and overall it was a nice peaceful stay the breakfast was tasty and I will recommend too others

One of the elevators was out of service so the wait to get to our room took longer than it should have. Our room did not feel very clean, it definitely could have been better. One of the front guest receptionists was very rude, and just stared at us like we were bothering him, instead of greeting us as he should have.

Booked "City View" then got there and they tried to put us on the first floor. there was no view. We ended up on the second floor. Breakfast was ok but nothing great. They are doing renovations or something at the hotel, I probably wouldnt have booked it if I had known that. Oh, and someone hit/damaged our rental car in the parking lot but they have no cameras and didnt care. Also bed makes alot of noise getting in and out.
