Great stay for my birthday.

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable the room was good the telephone didn't work to call the front desk in room 127 . The Jacuzzi tub was amazing and the best sleep on the king size bed. I will come again. Great stay.

When checking in the attendant expressed that there's a NO SMOKING POLICY at the hotel. While walking up the stairs going to my room, there was a cigarette butt on the stairway. Walking down the hallway there were large dark stains in the carpet which needs a serious deep cleaning. Also in the hallway there were boxes that released an air freshener scent. The wall so thin we could here our neighboring guests conversation and TV. Also, the refrigerator hummed real loud and it wasn't even cold. I wouldn't stay there again.

The room was clean and tidy when I arrived. The staff were friendly and courteous. Plenty of parking for a full house. Didn't get a chance to have breakfast. My only issue was the sink in our room was tilted forward slightly which didn't allow water to drain properly.

Bed sheets had grease stains and pizza stains on them. Workers refused to change the sheets and said no housekeeping was available on site, then magically they were able to come change the sheets, with dirtier sheets than what was on the bed originally. My friend then felt super uncomfortable staying here and we’ve had extreme difficulties trying to refund the rooms as all we did was drop our bags and seek some sort of refuge after 8+ hours of traveling. Not sure what to do as I’ve recieved 3 different stories from the workers there and Hotels.com, but needless to say I’ll never be returning to this property. I’m a grad student that isn’t overflowing with money, and I thought staying here may save some dollars and let me tell you, NEVER do that. You get what you pay for!

I had one major problem with the Baymont Wyndham and that is I was staying at the hotel from 8-6-2026 to 8-10-2026,
So in the 4 days I was there my room was never serviced at all.
Now while I didn't mind the rooms not being serviced everyday, what I was a little irritated over was the coffee supplies were never once replenished.
Additionally, the food offering for breakfast was minimal, but then again I must remind myself that this was not a typical business trip I was only and so that didn't bother me too much.
