Nice spot to stay.

Very clean and the landscaping is very pretty. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Need to drive to beach, so if your destination is the beach leave early for parking.

The owners are very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean, but it’s an old property, with tiny bathrooms and noisy window unit air conditioners. The morning I left, I couldn’t get hot water. I hate to leave a middling review, but Cape Cod is becoming like lobster rolls: overpriced and unsatisfying. This isn’t Starlight’s problem, they are, for the area, a good value, but what came to $250 a night was disappointing. If you must come to the Cape in the high season (and I came to see friends, not the beach), you can certainly do worse, but I think next year I’ll wait till the colder months.

The rooms were VERY small, but otherwise adequate. It is near everything and the staff members were very helpful and friendly. Scargo Restaurant is right down the road (take right leaving property) and the food is great. Further down the same road is the Cape Cod Art Museum (the theatre and movies are also there). The Museum is wonderful and the sculpture garden there is really interesting.

Starlight Cape Cod Disappointment

The people who have run it for 10 years are leaving...I've stayed there multiple times in the past and it was okay, however, this last visit...the room just seems dirty..the sheets feel clingy...I frankly will not stay there again. I'm not sure if anybody tho is now running the place cares.

Safe and snug for a solo traveler

I took myself for a short solo vacation to bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail and enjoy the Sea Street and Cold Storage beaches in Dennis. This hotel was perfect. A small room with everything I needed, close to both the beaches and the start of the rail trail. I really like that there was a fully stocked and operational kitchen anyone could use with a coffeemaker (although I'd love some tea bags to be inlcuded too1) I ended up going out to eat the whole time, but if I'd stayed longer, I certainly would have cooked myself a meal or two here.
