I stay here multiple times a year. Its overall a quiet clram safe place to stay, well located too
Its NOT a Ritz Carlton....you get what you pay for, i have never had any problems the staff couldn't handle

Bring your own towels and bedding. Bring a cheap shower curtain. Bring Lysol wipes and a mini vaccum. The first hour of your stay, plan on cleaning. Once clean, you can rest and settle in. Bring house shoes or black socks to wear while in the room. It's cheap for a reason. That's what makes it doable.

Dirty motel in Dothan Al

The pictures on the website show real nice rooms. You get there the rooms was not very clean and only one plug in worked in the whole room. The cleaning lady ask if we was staying another night . We told her yes . And please change the beds , take out thrash and we need clean towels. We left for a funeral came back about 6 hours later. She had not even touched a thing in are room. Went to the front to complain and the gentleman at the office she that 2 people that complained today about her. We would have went to another motel but we needed a handicap room. And all the other motels was booked for the weekend. Next time I will drive on by and keep on looking. Even if I had to go and sleep in a rest stop.

The person behind the desk was rude. Then when I get to my room the sheets have hair, stains and hair on my pillow. I took pictures and immediately went back to the front desk. She acted like she didn’t believe me huffed and said I have to go check it out to make sure it’s true. I said I had pictures and she told me that wasn’t good enough. Told me I wouldn’t be getting my money back. We went to the room and I showed her everything I seen. She then calls her manager and they try to offer me a different room. At this point I don’t trust the place. You could smell weed everywhere and my first room wasn’t clean. The manager did tell her to refund me since it had only been 5 minutes since I checked in.

This was the worst motel I've ever entered. And it was a motel 6. We stayed for all of 15 minutes, repacked the car and left. Literally didn't even care about the money lost it was so bad. I would have felt safer in a walmart parking lot.
