Great Quality

This Quality Inn impressed me. Its right on the end of the strip of Dumas. Check in was very quick. They still put your receipt under the door which is so nice. There is plenty of parking.
The room is clean and comfortable. The water pressure is very nice. The only thing about the room is the air conditioner does not cool the room very much. The toilet you have to hold the handle for it to flush.
The pool is very nice, there are plenty of towels and it is very clean.
Breakfast was breakfast sandwiches and danishes. They had waffles and cereal as well. It was very clean and stocked.
There were a couple things needed improved. If I pass back through I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I booked a king bed and paid for it, in the early hours, and when I showed up they told me I couldn't have the king bed that I would be down graded to a double bed. I asked why and she said they double booked. I then asked if the rooms had been filled yet, or if the other guest have shown up, she said no. That if I had an issue I would have to wait till the Mgr returns from vacation.

This was the best, greatest place. Person at desk had to help with tv…she was so kind. Room was sparkling clean! Beds comfortable. Breakfast was great!

Room was clean and spacious. Bed and mattress comfortable. Breakfast was good with some options. Waffles and sausage biscuits were hot choices. Bagels, bread, and a toaster would have been a good addition.

Booth rooms we were given had issues from locks not working to carpet soaking wet. I had this hotel booked for over 2 weeks.
