I’ve stayed at this property several times and have never had a problem. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms always clean and comfortable.

The suite was nice but not well maintained no slip Mat in the extremely slippery shower the toilet didn’t flush well the sink leaked water the door handle between suites was broken
I was quite dissapointed for it being a Hilton

We arrived to a room that smelled very strongly of MOLD upon direct entry into our room. We called and the staff changed our ro to the opposite side of the the building on a different floor which was better. Upon arrival/check in all guests are supposed to be greeted with a warm chocolate chip cookie as a thank you, we were not and had to ask for ours later on. We felt the hotel staff was not very friendly. The bed was okay at best and we were disappointed that breakfast was not included for us bc we booked ok hotels.com overall we would not stay again.

Not a great experience. Very soiled mattresses on sofa sleepers. Had to be moved to different suites 3 times. Bicycles to be used for a trail all had flat tires and could not be used as advertised.

Excellent staff no wonder why they have been employed at the same location for so long. I'm sure they're well taken care of because I do such a great job taken care of us.
