Some of the restaurant staff were prompt, friendly, and very nice people. One person had an offended attitude and it was not so great. The outdoor hot tubs were very enjoyable with nice music to relax to. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed linens were comfortable. The maid made the room smell nice.

Incredible and attentive staff at the outdoor pool and restaurants. Our suite was spacious snd clean, robes were comfortable and the coffee was good. Per usual, valet staff stole the show and delivered top notch service

Amazing Conference Services Team!

Heather and Bob from the convention services and banquets team made our event at the Omni and huge success. They were flexible with our many changes and were true partners with our team to help make our meeting run very smoothly. Looking forward to teaming up with them in the future.

Exceptional Stay

Customer service was excellent. Nick was a rockstar. He greeted me with promptness, professionalism, and kindness. He was always quick to extend a welcoming hello and attentive to details.
Selene was fantastic to work with. She made my Omni loyalty matter. I honestly felt like a valued guest with the accommodations she made.
Caleb was awesome at valet. He was quick to offer a sincere greeting and went above and beyond.
Eleanor and John were awesome when it came to food and beverage. They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely just made the trip more enjoyable.
Kudos to so many others for the great work. This is arguably the best Omni stay I've had.

A very wonderful relaxing place with a huge gym & 2 pools & 2 hot tubs & 2 saunas!! So u can pretty much just stay at the hotel all day! Kids loved it & didn’t wanna leave
