I love staying here when I’m in town. My room is always clean and everything in good condition. AC blowing and if I stay multiple days the housekeeper does my floors, provides clean towels and empties the trash and will change the sheets. This has been my cozy home away from home many times. The staff is always kind when arrive in the evening.

The room was dirty when we arrived. We found bugs on the bed and on the floor, and there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom fan also did not work.
During our two-week stay, housekeeping never offered room service. I had to personally ask the maids for cleaning, but they only serviced the room twice. Communication was also difficult because none of the housekeeping staff spoke English.
After days of trying to get help from housekeeping, I reported the issues to the front desk and requested to be moved to a clean room. My request was denied, and I was told that I could no longer stay there.
While the rest of the staff was friendly, the daytime front desk employee was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. The pool was refreshing, but unfortunately it was always dirty and not well maintained. The ice machine was nice. The a/c didn't get cold enough to make the room comfortable.
Overall, the cleanliness issues, lack of proper housekeeping, hot room, mold, and poor customer service made this a very disappointing stay and a waste of money.

The A/C didn't work well. They don't offer bathtubs. Fan in bathroom was broken. There were beetles in the bed and on the floor of every room we stayed in. The pool was refreshing but dirty. One day they were trimming the palm trees and the pool was full of tons of large debris. Office staff was hit and miss. At check in, I requested room service every day, but only got my room cleaned when I went and personasiū asked a maid to come and clean or to get any clean towels.
Was charged $20 for being 15 minutes late at check out.

Wonderful staff. Cleanliness. I love going out for the day and coming back to a clean room wiped down, stocked clean towels and the trash thrown.
