Room was hard to find. Staff not very helpful. They were busy with some kind of conference. Room was basic but comfortable. Breakfast was good, although dining area could do with a makeover.

Absolutely terrible

Absolute trash hotel. Weed being smoked in lobby. Ceiling tiles missing. Stains on pillow. No pillowcases on others. Cushions on chair in disarray. Would give zero stars if possible. Would leave if it wasn’t midnight when we checked in.

Property is not maintained well, staff are okay. Cleanse is very poor, even though non smoking place, cigarette smells everywhere

Hotel was being renovated with one elevator working. I did not and could not stay. It was hot, dirty and smelled.

The hotel when we entered smelled of stale smoke and urine smell all throughout hotel...people loitering .... very unclean rooms....didn't even have amenities that could be used ...the pool was filthy and unclean ...the breakfast area for free breakfast very filthy...if could rate a zero I surely would....
