I didn't use the business facility or the Internet. But the room was clean, bed was comfortable and the ac/heat worked well. The only thing that disappointed me was that there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. We stay at hotels frequently and they rarely don't have a hair dryer so I don't bring one with us.

The room on the website was not what they gave us, The bed was uncomfortable and it made noise every toss and turn because of the bed frame. It said breakfast was included, I had to take a video of how empty it was, no real food, nor people at 7 am. I wish i could upload the video so every one can see that I'm not making things up. The bath room shower had a used little soap left on the railing and used wash cloth on the side corner of counter hidden in bathroom as well. The microwave in the room was sitting on top of the table that is suppose to be for eating on and only 1 chair for a 2 person stay. There was no Ice machine. The only thing nice was the TV and the AIR Condition. Beware of room 218 there was nothing sweet about Red Lion Inn suits in Everett WA.

Worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed!!!
If I could give this a minus 5 star I would. I booked here for a month & it was the craziest month ever!! Amazingly…The rooms a pretty comfortable, but sadly that didn’t make up for the horrible noise, drugs, prostitution, loud parties & slamming doors all the time!! For two weeks of my stay there was no Internet or TV working, and I talked to the front desk over and over and they kept saying that they were working on i, but never did! When I ask for a discount since I was trying to do work out of my room, they refused & were totally rude!!! The Management here is absolutely horrible!! they also took $100 deposit which they wouldn’t give back and did this to everyone. I heard that complaint & so many more like mine all day long from different customers that came to the front desk to complain and the manager was totally unhelpful! They never cleaned the room when I had asked. I have never been to a hotel that was even comparable in the bad quality in every way, & I travel World wide all the time!! I should have read the reviews, as almost every one is horrible so beware & stray as far away as possible from this place!!!

Worst hotel experience ever
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Prostitutes, pimps, drug dealers and addicts along with a huge crowd of homeless people in and out of the hotel stealing breakfast items and doing drug deals. No internet or TV during our stay. Complained to management 5 times and they didn't respond to calls or emails and laughed at us for complaining on the last day. Sonesta should revoke the franchise rights for these owners. Dozens of other guests were complaining during our stay. The hotel has become a public safety hazard and this hotel violates the consumer protection act in washington state by establishing a pattern of overcharging and misleading advertising. We were triple charged a 100 room deposit.

Staff seemed preoccupied and not very friendly or attentive to the needs of the folks checking in.
