Hotel and resturant are beautiful. Disappointed in getting no directions to parking and no water in room upon arrival, after searching and searching for parking in 95 degree heat.
Being that we paid $400 per night we should have had at least free water in room.

The room was great to look at,,,,,,,,difficult to stay in !

Great hotel and great location - Fargo

I love the Jasper Hotel. It is a well-decorated, with interesting decor, giving it personality and making it feel boutique-like. The hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly. It is a very comfortable and compelling place to stay.

Definition of pretentious…

This hotel is an overpriced courtyard Marriott. The staff were mediocre and the food was ok. The beds were comfortable but again nothing special about the decor. The maids don’t clean on a daily basis unless you ask. For a high end hotel I expected impeccable service throughout. The Jasper fell way below what I expected. The location was nice but a lot of homeless people around the hotel grounds. There were nice events in the park adjacent to the hotel.

Positives: wonderful hotel and room, kind and helpful staff, great location(snacks and restaurants, downtown:), great view from big window in the room, hotel and room very clean, unique layout and decorations, super bathroom/shower (no bathtub…okay with me, nice counter space), restaurant downstairs…great breakfast for a fee, attention to details…desk, comfortable chair, easy to operate TV, snacks and drinks in the room for a fee but convenient, good bath items and towels
Negative: parking…not super easy to find garage and there’s a $8.-$10. fee daily
