For the price and a quick overnight. It was ok. The hall smelled of BO. The room did not. All else was good

Embarrassingly disgusting. Missing Carpet with exposed concrete? Wow. Human body odor of every of kind smacking you in the face upon entry of the room. My family and I had head aches and congested throats sitting 5 minutes of being on premises. I counted 4 or 5 different kinds of Dog hair on the couch which also had slobber, mysterious white goo and grease all over it. Human hair in the bath tub and sink. Tile grout debris on the carpet and in the bathroom. Gigantic toilet paper spit wads on the walls and ceiling. You get the picture. We were back down in the lobby demanding refund within 10 minutes. The lady at the counter was very nice but not much she could do, it wasn’t her fault. Anyway, this place is pathetic. Try harder.

The counter staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The kitchen staff was slow and did not refill things as fast as they should have been refilled. The bed was uncomfortable, but the rest of the room was well maintained.

The one complaint I have was our room had a strange smell. Like sour clothes that had been left in the washer. And the shower head had an orange mold on it.

The hotel was nice, bed was soft but comfortable. We were welcomed by staff and a quick check-in.
