Excellent service

Thank you to Ollie and the staff at Spark by Hilton Erie. I needed to make some calls and my spouse was asleep in the room so I went to the dining area. Ollie was scheduled to clean and chose to leave me in peace. Very good service and awareness. I vote a number 10 for Ollie and staff at Spark by Hilton Erie!

Staff were excellent, friendly and very out going to make stay as comfortable as possible.
Hotel was clean, seemed like some updates. Easy to navigate, lots of parking.
Breakfast bar was light but it was stated as such so cant complain, was.clean and constantly being refilled. Overall positive experience

A Perfect Landing Spot

Quiet, clean, efficient, the Spark was an ideal landing spot for our family trip to Erie. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and our son loved splashing in the pool. As Diamond members, the cost was more than reasonable, but the manager and staff made sure to greet and engage with everyone regardless of rewards status. We would definitely stay here again.

Spark Erie

Spark is the low cost Hilton brand with minimal amenities. With great rates you get the same bed and this one had a pool for the grandkids. The breakfast is a bagel bar, cereal and great coffee all the time. We stay at Spark knowing it’s not the Hilton but this one in Erie was previously a Best Western Plus remodeled. It is extremely clean, the eating area was spotless and well stocked for a Spark. Dawn the manager and Zachary do a great job with pleasing the guests! When I want a resort I stay at Hilton, when I want a place to crash after visiting Waldameer Park or Water World I go here with the grandkids
