Excellent staff and management. We had car problems and front desk as well as manager helped us with accommodations with our luggage until vehicle was repaired. Thank you all again. ✌️🙏

Nonchalant staff/filthy room

Checking in was sub par. When asked if a status upgrade was available, we were told that all of the rooms were precisely the same. When asked about a late check out, we were told the room had to be turned over. We were assigned a room directly opposite the ice machine, despite the specificity in my profile. The room was a biohazard. There was nasal discharge on the wall by the bed. I called the front desk and asked housekeeping to clean the room. We waited and waited. I had to call again and when asked if there was an eta, the answer was no. Just no. I went back to the front desk to have the room changed and apparently interrupted the staff as they convened in the lobby. I was given another room without a hint of apology. Wetbar with sink but no soap. The furniture is stained. No one books a hotel room to sleep on the floor. The bathroom door knob was the absolute star of the hotel. The staff should aspire to be that bright and shiny. This property is flanked by two other Marriott’s and is an abysmal example hospitality. It’s should be shuttered and rebranded.

Front desk staff was friendly, quick with check in and told us 3 times that they have complimentary coffee so I guess that is a big selling point. Breakfast had average choices, area was clean, but not well stocked (waffle batter out, only 1 of several items). Room was spacious but dirty around the edges. Found a ladies nail by the ac. The bathroom had spots all over from the tub to the door (maybe hair dye as I tried to clean and it was stains). Tub had been repainted several times with big globs of paint but still had rust chunks which my kids thought looked like poop so that was fun. No garbage in the bathroom. Pillows were great and bed and linens all clean. Couch with trundle was in good condition and comfy. Maintenance staff outside were loudly shouting to each other at 5:30 am which could be heard through windows.

Not worth the price we paid. The hotel was rundown and the rooms were dirty. The carpets were stained as well as the couch, the toilet did not flush properly. I notified the front desk and they said someone would come check it out but no one did. We only stayed for one night so we didn’t insist. I would not recommend this place. If I can give it a 0 star I would. I will not stay here again!

Our family recently stayed at the SpringHill Marriott while we were in town for my mom’s funeral, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a difficult time.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly compassionate, welcoming, and accommodating. A special thank you goes to Shekinah, who truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care meant more to our family than she probably realizes. She checked on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and treated us with such warmth during an emotional time.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, providing exactly what we needed after long, difficult days with family. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service, and Shekinah is a true asset to the SpringHill Marriott team.
Thank you for helping make a very difficult trip a little easier. We are so grateful for your hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and genuine kindness.
The breakfast was also very tasty. 100% recommend this hotel
