Wonderful stay! The owner was super nice and helpful. Rooms are cleaned upon request, wifi worked and AC was cold. Fridge and Refridgerator were working and are clean. The bathroom was also clean. Location is great, Walking distance to downtown Franklin and short drive to Ingles.

Had no key for me at check
In, was told “ just don’t close the door all the way, no one will take your stuff” was over charged for a night not booked as well

The check-in process was a nightmare! The employer was as rude as Ive EVER experienced!
The owner, Frenchie was super nice & is trying to remodel & bring back the motel!
I have a fractured back & asked for 1st floor & ck-in would not help me!

Room was great clean more then expected, outside it looks a bit old, but there doing renovations my room was wonderful, caretaker was very friendly

clean rooms. quiet. no road noise/traffic from the road out front at night.
bed was comfortable. tv had plenty of channels. rooom was clean. shower had hot water.
towels could use a new batch.
