Clean and comfortable room. We slept very well. Only problem was that the shower would not stay hot. Breakfast was usual offerings, all good. Coffee was very good.

The hotel was under construction, so can’t really speak on the atmosphere. Glad they are updating! The room was nice though.
The beds were squeaky and you could hear everything going on while in the room. We could hear someone watching tv at 2:00am, the kids in the room next to us and even people walking in the hallway. We were on the third floor and I could hear the cars on the highway. I have never stayed in a room that had no sound proofing whatsoever.
The hotel was good for the price and close to the casinos. Just don’t stay here if you are a light sleeper or bothered by noise.

This was a funky apartment that was part of a large home right on the water, looking at the Bridge of Lions and downtown Saint Augustine. The views were phenomenal.

I paid full price and the lobby was under construction and they used the gym area to store their materials so the gym wasn't useful. When I booked I was not aware of this and the room that I was in smelled due to the construction. The staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was really good.

Was extremely disappointed when we walked in to check in and see the hotel is under construction. We should have been made aware of this BEFORE the room was booked. The lady at check in said Hotels.com should have made us aware of this at the time of booking. She basically had a too bad so sad attitude.
