Girls Trip Approved—Fun & Different Stay

I stayed at Yellowstone Tipis with a group of girls for one night before heading into Yellowstone National Park, and it was such a fun and unique experience. The tipis were clean, and the overall setting made for a memorable stay.
A couple of things to keep in mind: during the afternoon, the tipis can get quite warm. There are fans provided, which help, but it can still be hot in the summer. Carrying your luggage down to the tipis can be a bit challenging, so I recommend parking at the gate first to unload, then moving your car back to the designated parking area.
One small suggestion—offering complimentary marshmallows for roasting at night would be a really nice touch instead of having to purchase them.
Overall, it’s a great location and a cool, different place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something unique near Yellowstone!

The King of Hospitality!

The Tipis are great fun! They are comfortable, clean as a whistle and the grounds are well kept. They are a wonderful change from the big chain hotels. 10 Tipi's and thats it! But you know what makes this place a 12 on a 1-10 scale? The hospitality of every single employee on the property! Holly, the Mgr isthe best in the West! ! Friendly, full of knowledge about the town and Yellowstone! She treats her employees like family and they do the same with us customers! Erica, who is really sharp, pretty, and fun, went the extra mile to help me with anything in the World! Frank, who works 3 jobs and manages to keep on smilin! He is a guide also at the park and has great advice for where to hike and the best place and time to spot wildlife! Then there's Kylie, who is a young, vibrant, high school youngster that works her tail off and is friendly and very helpful in every way! There are a few more folks that I didn't get their name. The word "NO" is not in their vocabulary. I will be back, I promise! Thanks to all. You made me feel like family!

Easily one of the best stays I’ve ever had. What a fantastic and unique place. Decor, awesome. Heated beds, awesome. Location, awesome. Staff, aweso… phenomenal. Would love to stay here again!

a “must” stay

Staying at Yellowstone Tipis was such a fun and memorable experience. We loved getting to stay in a tipi while still having all the modern comforts that make traveling enjoyable. The breakfast each morning was great, the bathrooms were extremely clean and modern, and we really appreciated that each tipi had its own assigned bathroom instead of communal facilities.
What truly made our stay special was the hospitality. The property manager and the young front desk representative went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their kindness, advice, and excellent service made a huge difference in our experience, and we were very thankful for all their help.
We would absolutely stay here again!

Holly, Sean, and Frank were outstanding! Holly was so freindly and showed us around the grounds and provided us with everything to be comfortable. Each tent has a detached bathroom with shower. It was like being in your bathroom at home. It really exceeded our expectations. It was very nice! Sean, helped us with our bags joined us at the fire pit and couldn't be more friendly. We enjoyed spending our time with him. Frank was very knowledgeable of the area, brought us smores and made popcorn for us while at the fire pit. Staying here was best experience of our 7 day trip to the Yellowstone area.
