10/10 Excellent stay and affordable price
First impression was friendly front desk. Our room was nice and clean smelled fresh. Housekeepers were attentive to any needs we may have had. Breakfast was a good selection.

First, the good things - this is right across the street from Revel Surf, which is why I stayed here in the first place, so location was excellent if you're headed to Revel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were delightful to interact with. Now the not-so-good stuff, and this has more to do with the owner/s of the hotel. When I first entered my room, it smelled like dirty socks or maybe some Doritos. Not a good smell, and it usually means that the carpet is long overdue for steam cleaning. There were no water bottles, in the event I got thirsty, and this is Arizona so everyone is thirsty. I can't remember a time when I stayed at a hotel where they don't provide at least 2 water bottles. There weren't even cups so I could drink water from the sink. I had to go downstairs to get a plastic cup. Now the noise....the air conditioner was so loud that I had to leave the fan on the entire time or it would wake me up when the AC kicked in. And the walls were so thin.....I could hear everywhere the people upstairs were walking, and for some reason they decided they needed exercise at 2 in the morning. It sounded like a herd of baby elephants up there. So one can assume the property was built very inexpensively and that the owners are cheapskates. If you have poor hearing, no sense of smell, and don't drink water, this could be a good place for you. However, I will likely stay there again just because it's so close to Revel Surf.

The room floors were absolutely filthy; my children were wearing white socks, and they turned black from the dirt. The pillows were completely flattened from age. Good service, but terrible cleanliness.

Great customer service
We stayed here for three nights. Very friendly staff. Very focused on top notch customer service. Wes definitely went out of his way to welcome us and accommodate our early arrival. The hotel itself felt like it was built more on the cheap side for quality. We had very loud neighbors above us and heard all the loud drops on the floor throughout our stay. We most likely will look elsewhere next time, but we did appreciate the staff!

We typically stay at this hotel when we're in the area and have never had a problem. We didn't have a problem this time, but our room was never serviced and we were there for 4 days. I knew they would not be doing the sheets and stuff everyday, but I thought they would at least come in to empty the trash. The towels were also not replaced the entire time, which typically they will do at least once. Nothing major, just disappointed. Will probably stay there again due to the convenience.
