Excellent Stay and Customer Service truly Stellar.
The staff at the Hyatt Regency DFW are STELLAR ... the best I've worked with in my 30+ years as a conference meeting planner! Everyone from our Conv Services Manager, Lauren Upshaw, to the Catering Services Managers went out of their way to serve. After staying there 9 days running a conference, I highly recommend this hotel. This Hyatt still lives up to the older corporate theme -- providing the "Hyatt Touch"!

OK Business Hotel
This is on the DFW property, though you need to take a shuttle to reach it. The hotel is definitely dated and tired, though my room was immaculate and comfortable. The wifi signal was good, I had a large desk, and there were plenty of outlets. Service is not great-the check in prices was slow, and room service was a blast from the Covid past-touch free delivery in a bag with plastic utensils. And, of course, as an airport hotel you are kind of marooned out here.
This is ok for a quick connection, but not worthy of a longer stay.

Good location, pricey for what it is
Not what I expected at all for the price we paid, but we needed to be close to the airport and leave our car. Room smelled like sewer when the air turned on and the ceiling above the shower head was soft and rotting from the shower head spraying on the ceiling more than the floor due to it needing to be tightened and serviced.

coffee & staff :)
I would like to review Jet’s Coffee Bar, their staff is always so sweet & welcoming!! I travel a lot for work and no matter what hour I am there they have a smile on their face :) If you ever need a quick pick me up for your work day, definitely make a stop at Jet’s!

Outstanding service from beginning to end
Outstanding service from beginning to end. Katie reached out days before arrival and kept contact all the way through flight delays, airport navigation and courtesy pickup which was great. Front desk, food and beverage, every staff member was friendly and helpful. A great experience
