Toilet was loose, but functional. Pool was freezing. Staff was great! Room was clean and quiet environment !

Breakfast was awful. Hotel does not look anything like the photos online. Very old and outdated. Very disappointed. Have stayed at quality inns many times - never this one again.

Nothing to bad. But tight rooms with to much furniture. And the toilet in our room was loose and moved around when sat on

Room was clean. Heater&A/C worked well. Night lite near bathroom was very helpful. Bed was comfy but pillows were so-so. Room was rather small. All towels were in the toilet room but the sink was outside that room and there was no towel rack by the sink, so had to go into other room and reach above toilet to get a towel to dry hands/face. Chair at the room's desk could go up or down but it did not go very high and the desk counter was very high so it was hard to type on laptop. Breakfast was so-so; a few things were good but the eggs were very bad (don't know what they were made of). Staff were friendly. Lots of restaurants or shopping places nearby. If you cannot handle stairs, be sure to request a ground floor room; there is no elevator.

I booked a 5-night stay but left after 3 due to billing issues and how I was treated. When I arrived, the front desk associate, Catherine, told me she would check me in day by day instead of for the full stay because “it’s easier.” However, my card was charged in full the first night—and then charged again daily, causing multiple unauthorized charges.
I was even locked out of my room for an “unpaid balance” despite already paying. When I tried to resolve it, management KELLY PATEL(General Manager) escalated the situation, being confrontational. The Office Manager (ALYCIA MADSEN) arrived and did not take the time to speak with me or understand my concerns before making decisions, then threatened to call the police, and told me to leave without hearing my side. As a woman of color, I felt disrespected, unsafe, and unfairly treated. I had to leave and book another hotel. Do not recommend.
On top of that, the room itself was not clean, the smoke detector was missing with wires hanging from the ceiling, there were minimal outlets to plug in devices, and the WiFi was unreliable.
