Was a bit disappointed in how dirty the floors were under the bunk beds and the fact that there was old socks in the closet. I don’t like to leave a kinda bad review, but it needs to be cleaned up better.

I was told there would be heat in my tent. There was not. I spent one night out of a 5 night rental. I spent the other 4 nights in the hospital with pneumonia. It was 40°, raining and windy. My accommodations were a bed with sheets and a bedspread. I was extremely cold. When contacted about a refund I was denied. I’m not sure why they feel they aren’t responsible but all I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!

Poor Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed by both my father's experience and the complete lack of compassion shown afterward.
My father stayed at this campground while we were in Wyoming from out of state for my mother's memorial service. During his stay, temperatures dropped into the 40s with significant wind. He was staying in one of the tents without adequate heat, and there was nobody available to assist or address concerns. As an older guest, he spent the night in conditions that were far colder and harsher than expected.
Shortly after his stay, my father became seriously ill and was hospitalized with pneumonia, atrial fibrillation, and other health complications. As a result, our family was forced to cancel memorial plans and I had to cancel my own reservation.
When I contacted the campground to explain the circumstances and request any form of refund or partial refund, there was no flexibility, accommodation, or consideration given despite the medical emergency and family situation.
I understand businesses have policies. However, I also believe customer service includes treating people with compassion when unforeseen emergencies occur. What disappointed me most was not the policy itself, but the unwillingness to offer any consideration whatsoever given the circumstances.
Potential guests should be aware that if a serious family emergency arises, you may receive no accommodation regardless of the situation.

I love this place. I've stayed here twice. Perfect location to drive into the Big Horns and seeing the sheep. Trails galore. The cabins are perfect. The porch is so nice to watch the sunsets. Just across the street from the General store & the Shell Bar. Great food.

Beautiful but not built for longer RV's

If we were staying in one of the tents or cabins, the review would have been a 5! The place was clean, views stunning and price fair. We rated it lower because there is really no way larger travel trailers should be allowed in. We had incredibly tight surroundings. If someone pulled in next to us, I doubt we could extend our awning. And to disconnect our trailer, we had to pull into the (thankfully empty) site in front of us. See pictures. In speaking with another large rv owner, they have to coordinate with their neighbor to leave. Next time around we will opt for the KOA a few miles up the road.
Additionally, the propane regulator wasn't working so we couldn't refill our tank (not an huge deal), and the cafe across the street had differing hours than the website indicates. Guessing the website needs to be updated. Our ATT cell service only worked in certain spots outside, and we struggled staying connected to their WiFi from inside the RV. There was no one live onsite upon arrival, so you have self check-in, which was fine. If you called, the owners answered and were very friendly. I believe they live onsite. We just never saw them. I really recommend the owners either remodel or disallow larger RV's.
