When I first walked into the room the bathroom had a bleach smell which was very comforting to know it was clean. There was coffee available in the lobby which made me very happy. And the staff was very understanding and accommodating. I would stay here again!

The front desk staff upon check in was very friendly and helpful. From there on the stay went down hill. Went I got to my room the door was propped open, which made me feel uncomfortable until my son staying in another room did a search, housekeeping didn’t close the door to secure the room, they also disconnected the tv. The toilet leaked, bathtub drain was clogged. Floor was dirty. Then we lost power in the morning. I can honestly say I will not stay at this hotel again.

worth the money
This hotel was very nice and the free breakfast was delicious the room and hotel was very very clean,the only issue I had was the Jacuzzi bathtub would shut off after about 10 minutes then start working about 10-15 minutes later, kind of annoying especially when I paid extra for the jacuzzi suite other than that I'd give it five stars

For starters when we checked in the front desk guy, when reading us our total, told us we paid a lot for one night. Almost double what it would have been had we not used hotels.com and just called them directly to book. We asked if there is anything he can do and he said no, not since we booked through hotels.com. Then he said we booked a handicap room, which was never indicated on the booking but he said it happens a lot. The room was not clean. The door jam in the bathroom was so rusted out it had a huge hole (has to be an health code violation - def a tetanus shot waiting to happen!!) shower was gross. To top it off we had a coach roach right on the floor when we woke up the next morning. I took photos of all. That much for one night, I mean I at least expect it to be safe and clean especially for my small child. Esp bc the guy basically told us we got ripped off but couldn’t help us. We didn’t even eat complimentary breakfast bc we were grossed out. The pool was nice though. We feel someone needs to make this right! We used hotels.com because we thought it was finding us the best rate.

Everything was fine accept for suite room 207 on the second floor off the elevator, with the whirl pool tub, it came with a pull out sofa bed, which was suppose to be for our son to sleep on. The mattress was horrendous! There was no sheet or blankets, the mattress was stained with blood and rust like stains everywhere along with brown yellow and black stains it was disgusting!! His dad even tried to flip it over and the other side and bottom of the mattress was worse!! It was late and we only stayed one night so we managed with all 3 of us in the one bed but please do better! $350 for one night suite with those conditions unacceptable!
