I was disappointed with my stay because I specifically booked a room with a Jacuzzi tub, but unfortunately Jacuzzi did not work. I tried to turn it on by pushing the button, and it acted like it wanted to come on and stayed on just a second and then went back off. I tried for 10 minutes to get it to work. Finally I gave up and got out. I asked for a refund at checkout because I had paid quite a bit more for a room with a Jacuzzi versus just a regular room, but I was told I needed to contact hotels.com for that. When hotel.com contacted the property, they told him that the Jacuzzi was working properly…which it was not….all this to say hotels.com gave me a credit of a PARTIAL refund (OF THE XTRA CHARGE I HAD PAID) to use on a future visit somewhere. So to get a partial refund, I’m expected to spend more money. So sad. Overall, the place was nice room was clean. Breakfast was adequate. The pool was good. The garbage dumpster is located close to the building, and to the back door entrance and it smelled horrific every time you walked by. Hotel is convenient to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants.

Very nice clean pool, decently cleaned maintained property/room, very outdated interior, only $22 pet fee, nice staff, but beware the front desk clerk might take a 💩 right down in the lobby so as soon as you walk in to check in expecting and hoping for a clean smelling hotel it smells like 💩 all in all not too shabby for somewhere on the lower end pricing 🤓

We always stay for an annual festival and are always treated so good by the staff. The rooms are always clean and comfy.

The air conditioner was very loud. Otherwise the room was nice. Breakfast was typical. The hotel smelled nice.
