Great value

Conveniently located next to a beach park so getting to the ocean is literally a walk across the street. Indoor outdoor atmosphere with many common cozy areas. Rooms are clean and air conditioner is nice and cold. You can’t beat the value for the price point and all the amenities. Rooms are peaceful lobby area is lively. Service is always available.

Amazing hotel

Amazing location right across the ocean the amenities the live music so many options the complementary coffee 24 seven. An incredible deal and a beautiful town. The rooms are clean bright and just the right touch of Hawaii Hawaiian decorations

What a gem of a hotel

The location is central. The atmosphere is very Hawaiian. The rooms are clean and modern, which left me with an incredible value.

Warm Hospitality and Island Charm

This lovely hidden gem in Hilo will completely surprise you. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt the island’s cool winds fan me. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming and Armando even helped me with my bags.
This small, affordable hotel offered more than I expected: warm, authentic Hawaiian decor, comfortable lobby, a garden, gym, pool, laundry room, relaxing sitting room, spacious bedrooms, free parking, a restaurant, and an ocean inlet just across the street. I truly enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend this local Hotel!

Home away from home

Our home away from home. We had a wonderful / pleasant atmosphere experience during our stay. Noise level is at the minimum, I was able to sleep good at night. Thank you to all the staff of SCP Hotel and their Front Desk and Manager !!!! Room is so nice and clean; amenities are available; free coffee and WiFi.
