Worth the trip!
Excellent place to stay and reasonable priced! Very clean! Would stay again and plan on staying again! Loved the decor

Bed was comfortable , room was large
Good in restaurant was excellent! If you are looking for a modern room and bathroom and large tub and shower , not for you BUT if you want extreme clean rooms beds and bathroom! This is your place! Updated to look like what it did back in the 1900’s and they did an awesome job!

NOT pet friendly…despite what their website says
Their website states that they are pet friendly. So do their booking pages on Hopper and AirBNB. They are NOT. We arrived with our dog and toddler and were told they do not accept pets. The front desk person took several minutes to acknowledge us. His McDonalds order was sitting all over the counter above where he was working. As he was ready to take our credit card he told us they don't allow pets. He called his supervisor and asked her to tell us over his cell phone that they had new ownership and would not accept pets anymore despite their website and other booking sites. They said they would refund us, but to call Hopper who we booked through. We called and spent an hour on the phone with Hopper, and Hopper said they denied the refund. Don’t stay here!

Terrible customer service outdated
Would not send my worst enemy here! Arrived at check in time to a note in the front desk with stating to call a number for assistance. Our entire 2 day stay no one was at the reception desk when needed. Our bathroom only has 1 working light bulb and couldn’t find anyone to get additional bulbs. Ran out of toilet paper and had to ask the waitress in the restaurant. Rooms were so humid the floors, beds, and furniture were damp. Wallpaper peeling, tiles in the bathroom were coming up. We could hear the band and the music from the pub below both nights we were there. There was a leak in the ceiling in one of the 3 rooms we had. We put the ice bucket under and moved out of that room at midnight. Called the number and the person asked me what he wanted me to do about it! Worst customer service ever. I spoke to the person at the desk the next day or I f and explained what had happened the night before. She said she would let management know. Received a phone call on the way home that we were being charged $100 for peeing in the ice bucket!!!!! WTH after several conversations and explaining that there was sewage leaking from the ceiling at midnight she refunded the $100. Terrible stay and very outdated hotel. No overhead lights, usb ports, or decent customer service. Stay at your own risk

A return visit
We had ocassion to visit Honey Brook PA, we use to live there. We decided to stay at the "historic" Waynebrook Inn located in the center of town. A general evaluation of our room would be "tired". The room was a good size with a king bed. However there were numerous places where the wall paper was peeling, primarily at the seams. The furniture good use some simple TLC such as a scratch cover polish. Finally regarding the room in the bath room was the lowest toilet I ever experienced, it seems like it would be great for a school kindergarten restroom. We did not eat in the restaurant but did visit the lounge area which I thought was really fine, long bar counter with numerous stools (I did not count them but it seemed like 20-30) While we did not eat there we did review the menu, prices seemed reasonable and the dining area appeared to be comfortable.

Very disappointing
The positive was that the room was very large. The negatives were that the beds/mattresses were very uncomfortable, there were noisy trucks driving by at all hours of the night, the walls were so thin that we heard the neigbor talking and coughing at 5 in the morning, the heat lamp in the bathroom did not work, the wallpaper was peeling and the food in the restaurant was adequate at best.
