Our stay was awesome they let me check in a little early which was so wonderful and Mrs Dee was exceptional and so nice!!! Breakfast was awesome and coffee was sooooooo good!!! Will always stay at Holiday Inn Express.

Got to the hotel and there was no parking available at all even nonparking areas were too full. So just from that I decided to cancel my room due to not being able to park anywhere at all. When I cancelled my room they said I’d be charged just for the day which was understandable. They ended up charging me for the whole weekend rather than just one day.

Beds are great hotel smells good. Our TV control didn’t work that was all to turn on and off. There was a old water bottle under the bed :/. But overall good.

Everything was great but just wasn’t able to get the rest that I would of liked to due to construcción on site, could hear drilling and machinery at 7am. Other than that everything was 👌

Ok but much to be desired

We found a total of 10 cockroaches during our 3 day stay. Slept with the lights on. Even the fridge had them. Clog the drains with some washcloths to keep the roaches from crawling up. We had to empty the trash can in our room daily due to the bugs. Paid over $104 a night and had to deal with roaches. The pool was nice but the dirty towels from other guests were all over the place. The Cinnabon was great. Don’t leave any food out. AC is on a timer so it gets hot in the night. Staff was friendly and apologetic but nothing was done about the roaches. Breakfast has many choices but the food is greasy. Greek yogurts were offered. Elevator needs maintenance and it’s a little scary. No booklets for local attractions. They do have a list of local restaurants. They don’t put bags in the garbage cans. You need to ask for them. They did clean the room when we asked them to.
