Don’t stay here

First glance it looked ok. Then once you walk into the room you’re met with dirty floors, black mold in the bathroom, stains on chairs, and looks like old food crumbs in the couch and seats. Hallways are also disgusting! Front desk staff was short and not welcoming. I wouldn’t stay here ever again.

My only issue was, my room was not clean upon arrival at 3pm. However, the front desk clerk worked to get me another room quickly. The room was comfortable, I just had to go ask for the remote to the TV.

This is usually my go to hotel in Jackson due its proximity to downtown and Jackson State University…but I was disappointed to see that the pool and tub in my room was not clean. Maybe they were under staff this weekend. Disappointed

The young lady who worked there Saturday night needs a raise she is awesome her attitude 10/10 .. The hotel room better than I expected it to be . I had an awesome and will be back soon.
