We enjoyed our stay no problems. Nice and quiet. Room was nice. We enjoyed the privacy, no kids, the patio was very nice. No around everything but Martin’s was a good place to eat about a block or 2 away from the hotel. The museum was not available but that was fine. Just a nice quiet place to stay for couples really.

The hotel was fine—cute and quaint. However, both of the rooms we booked had issues. One smelled strongly of skunky marijuana; opening the room and balcony doors eventually aired it out. The second room had a more unacceptable problem: the bed sheet had stains, facial hairs, and what looked like a booger.
Princeton from front desk was very helpful in moving us. The first alternative they showed us was deemed not up to standards by the staff member, so they took us to a better, clean room instead.

the hotel was amazing, the patio area had a water feature with a bridge accross, a fountain and an area to relax,
The rooms are all different - ours was "The Elvis" Room, we loved it . It had a sitting area separate from the bedroom.
It was wonderful!!
Breakfast was THE BEST!! freshly made and yumny !
The staff was AMAZING !!
We will definetly will be back !!

Our favorite place we stayed.

We went on a 10 day road trip across 10 states, staying at a different place each night. Out of the 5 five of us, we all agreed this was our favorite stay by far. Would highly recommend. Super reasonable pricing, very comfy, staff was amazing, and breakfast was awesome!

Wonderful

Highly recommend Old Capitol Inn whether for lodging , hosting an event or both!! We had a wonderful experience staying there for a wedding. The rooms were lovely. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and the events ran smoothly. As a guest, I couldn’t have been more pleased.
