We had a great stay at Residence inn! We love the spacious rooms, the breakfast was great with lots of of options, the hot tub jets seem like they may need repair as they splashed water up over your headđ, but still enjoyed the hot tub and pool! Also utilized the work out room as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. This will definitely be our go to place when traveling to Jackson!

Hate to write this but itâs honest
We stopped here on the way down south and was a total bad experience.
The people that we dealt with were great but the room was the problem. The couch is old as dirt and uncomfortable, the desk chair looked new but very cheap and I sure couldnât spend anytime working on the chair. I wouldnât even let my granddaughter use it. Not a Marriott type furniture. Now the bed, it was so soft and uncomfortable that I had the worst back ache in the morning and the pillows were worthless.
Three to four years ago we were told this facility was up for remodeling but it sure hasnât and not even on the horizon.
With that future we wonât be staying here either.

We are so sorry to hear about your stay here with us, with all the inconveniences you experienced. Our bed comfort can be hit or miss as we are an extended stay hotel and some rooms have more wear and tear than others on one or both sides of mattress. We have ordered some mattresses to change out. We are still anticipating that renovation. Hopefully it will begin the later part of the year. We cant wait for our guest to enjoy our new property. In the meantime it is our duty to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our guest and ill be sure to share this review with the staff to ensure we are providing that for each one of our valued guest. I travel quite a bit and was blown away away by my stay at Residence Inn in Jackson, TN. This hidden gem is tucked away off Campbell Street making it convenient to family and shopping for me. The breakfast options were off the charts with extras like Pico, salso, shredded cheese, jalapeños, and homemade cream cheese is a variety of flavors. They have EVERYTHING! Lastly, I made an error and showed up a day later than originally booked. The manager worked with Hotels.com to helped me resolve and rebook. I can't say enough about this place..... even the maintenance man was friendly. My new goto place to stay when in Jackson. Should be yours, too! Liam, and his staff will not disappoint.

If youâre traveling for one night, itâs a great place to stop. You would not book a week at this hotel though.. the issue with this hotel is it has an indoor pool so the local cultural families come and fill up the place and theyâre playing basketball outside and theyâre having barbecues and stuff like that. I would have to say that none of that was loud noise coming into my room..

The room was very nice, clean and had very comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and kind. The morning breakfast was very good and adequate to start the day! The indoor pool needed some attention as for cleaning. Murky water.
