We loved everything about this hotel. The games room was excellent for kids and the pool and gym were great too. The location is perfect in Jackson Hole. 100% would recommend!

Our room was located right next to the receptionist area. We heard non-stop music, yelling, conversation, etc. They should never place anyone in this room; especially when I booked my room 5 months in advance! Very disappointing.

Disappointed. For the price we expected better.
It’s supposed to be newly renovated. But it didn’t feel like it. The decor felt outdated.
The AC unit is old and really loud and only goes down to 74 degrees, so it was still too hot in the room. And the ice machine was just outside and really loud, so that kept waking us up too. We got compensated with free breakfast. The breakfast was ok. But not worth paying 20 dollars.
Unfortunately it’s not worth the price. I would choose another hotel.

This was a great centrally located hotel, and just a touch away from downtown. There's a great restaurant for breakfast and dinner, it's right by the stillwest brewery which overlook the ski resort just a few minutes walk away. It was just a few minutes to drive downtown or you could easily walk. This location is fantastic for the Fourth of July, especially, the rodeo is right down the street, the fireworks are right in front of the Stillwell Brewery, which was minutes away. Live music was around the corner throughout the weekend and the pool, mini golf course, roller coaster, etc. were right next-door for the kids. Fantastic place for the family to go, we had a blast.

We were put on the seventh floor, which was very stuffy and warm all throughout that hallway. Our room was 76° and we turned on the air conditioning and left it on for three hours and when we returned, the room had only dropped to 74! So it was an uncomfortable night.
There was a cleaning rag, and pile of hair left in the shower. We liked the location, but not sure it is worth the money. The room was fairly small, although it did have a balcony with a nice view.
