very nice hotel great customer service, polite housekeeper nice location I would recommend this place to my family and friends this is the first time I been in this hotel for the first time and I planning to keep staying here again.

This is the grossest place I’ve ever been.
I stayed for 3 nights last week just to GET AWAY FROM REAL LIFE. I come home, start feeling not so great.. Throwing up, body pains, can’t stand or walk! Anyways my symptoms are besides the point. I couldn’t take the pain anymore so I called a rescue and they brought me to the hospital, come to find out I have COVID!!!! The rooms are nasty I could TELL they don’t clean them, all they do is change the bedding!!!! ( not even all of the bedding ) because they gave me one of somebody else’s pillows AND the throw over duvet was disgusting!!!!! Stained with something in a few different areas. Anyways, go somewhere else. Please!

What can I say? My friend and I stayed here as a last resort, needing somewhere to crash for the night after driving around RI from out of town. Online it showed $85 so we came here and was told no that price was wrong, that was for weekday price, not weekend. Ok, fine, we needed a place to stay, and the man at the counter charged us $124. We get to room 117, the window doesn't lock. The bathroom window is broken, doesn't lock, the screen is ripped and oddly enough there is footprints on the roof area just outside the window, not to mention the smell. We go back to the front desk to ask for a different room and they weren't very friendly and were rather hesitant to switch us. Room 122, still an unpleasant odor. Bed spreads have cigarette burns in them, pillows smell musty. The grate cover for the exhaust fan is just hanging down in the bathroom. Hair in the shower before we even used it. Signs everywhere of all their rules and regulations basically making it sound like they don't want you staying there at all. (I'm convinced that management knows people only stay here as a last resort when they're desperate. ) Loud banging sounds randomly throughout the night outside just finished off our stay and terrible night's sleep. Never again.

They "lost" my reservation, then gave me a smoking room, it was so smelly, the neighbors were yelling most of the night, pretty sure she was a call girl, finally after the third call to the motel manager someone came to say something, but nothing, so again I called and said I would call the police.She finally stopped.

This is what happens when you book in a hurry!
I wouldn't let my dog sleep here. We arrived at 7pm, and the entrance was not lit, so we couldn't even see where the driveway began and the lawn ended. We walked in the "lobby", and the smell of something like a potato house hit you in the nose.
