Great budget friendly place.

This was our first stay here and we loved it. If you are looking for fancy corporate, this is not that. But if you love the Ma and Pa small places, this place is great. It’s in a great location, clean and safe. It’s an older place that has been renovated. We love the onsite restaurant and bar. It’s a great location, walkable to restaurants. We love the no kids policy as well. The staff was friendly. This is totally the old Keys experience.

First of all, we realize the Key Largo Inn was not a quality place to stay because of the price. However, this hotel is absolutely NOTHING like the pictures presented on the website. The room and area was disgusting. The door to the room didn't fit the entryway, so they just left it there and taped up the 3 - 5 inch gap to seal the main door. The fridge either had bugs, or black stains in it. (I wasn't getting close enough to find out.) The wall outlets were so old and had what looked like burn stains that could have been caused by faulty wiring. If it wasn't so hot, we would have been better off staying in our car. Places like this should not be allowed to advertise false pictures, so shame on Hotels.com for allowing this to happen. We didn't want to ruin the 4th of July weekend, so we booked another hotel. We ended up spending a lot more money and hate the fact that we threw away over $200 to the Key Largo Inn. Future guests BEWARE!! Do not book this place. I hope hotels.com reviews this dump and removes it from their website.

This was our first stay and we enjoyed it. I like the no children policy. The location is great and walking distance to restaurants. If you are looking for fancy and corporate, this is not that. It’s an older property that is taken well care of. I always enjoyed the family owned Mom and Pop places in the keys and that is what this is. We loved the on site restaurant and bar. It has a nice large pool area. We would definitely stay again.

Our door had been previously broken down… they never even replaced the splintered trim. Literally a 1/2 gap on three sides of the door. On a high note, zero sign of critters.

Do not book this place. Roaches everywhere, dirty & moldy carpet, very dirty rooms, old everything, this place is a mess. Not even worth the discounted prices.
