AmazeBalls!!!

My husband and I got married on the beach next door to Snapper’s 5 years ago. We were thrilled to discover that we could stay over the restaurant where we had our rehearsal dinner and celebrate 5 years together in this beautiful paradise. I can’t say enough amazing things about the property and the staff. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite (Boom Boom Room) Bed is 10/10 comfy and the mirror on the ceiling is more fun than expected. The staff always greeted us by name no matter who it was and Ashley took such great care of us the entire time. We will stay here again.

Excellent seafood

Excellent restaurant, cook fish to perfection. Hush puppies and honey butter are delicious. If you stay at the nearby Dove Creek hotel you get 10% of your bill. Staff are very friendly and attentive

Key lime pie

We’ve been trying key lime pie at every restaurant we eat at here in Key Largo.
After 4 restaurants-all with similar price of $7-$8 per piece our results:
Hand over Fist SNAPPERS!
Large slice-shareable-perfect ratio of crust to pie filling. Nice limey tart flavor with enough whipped cream to enjoy.
2nd place, Hobo’s. Large slice-shareable-nice ratio of crust to pie filling with enough whipped cream to enjoy-not as much of a lime taste.
3rd place, Lorelei’s. Small unshareable slice, not much lime flavor.
4th place, Sundowners. This was a key lime meringue pie. Too thick crust, small layer of pie filling, huge meringue topping.
Of course it’s our opinion-your tastes may say differently.

One of Key Largos Best

Great food with a beautiful view!
Staff was friendly and polite.
The view was beautiful.
Prices were in line with the great portions.
This is a local place with great music and food.
Would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

The typical American INN

The typical American INN, simple without pretensions, very clean room with the essentials, very good cost-benefit ratio. The rest was spectacular!! The view of the rest, priceless. Good informal, cool atmosphere. Very friendly staff.
