I could never recommend anyone to stay here

I am not in the practice of writing reviews- let alone negative ones but I feel everyone should be forewarned before booking here. We stayed in a one bedroom on a week long trade through interval. Unfortunately we could only bring ourselves to stay 2 nights before opting to move to a different hotel at our expense. The conditions at CBR were not only unclean but they were also unsafe as we did not even have a locking door. The smell in the unit was of sewage. The floors left your feet black and the location of the unit being a bottom floor and immediately next to a restaurant meant that you could not open any of the blinds unless you wanted to look at the restaurant storage. The unit was also at the base of a stairwell so there was no privacy as there were regularly people walking up and down. Not to mention that the smell of the piles of sargassum on the “beach” made it so that you could not really enjoy the outside. I would never consider staying here again and feel that all who consider it should be aware of the conditions.

The property was beautiful. Our room was clean and perfect fit for two adults and two children. The view from our room looking out at the water was picturesque. The staff and guest were extremely friendly. Would highly recommend to friends and family to stay there.

Could use some cleaning, updates, and friendlier staff at the front desk. The beach was full of sargassum and trash that floated on shore, and smelled horrible. We don't normally leave reviews, but this one was definitely a dissapointment, all around.

I really hate to leave a negative review, but our stay wasn’t enjoyable. The good news is that we were so busy, we weren’t in the room except in the evening. First, my biggest pet peeve while staying in hotels is hair in the bathroom, which did occur here. Unfortunately, the bigger issues, though, include the size of the room and the paper-thin walls. The studio is far too small, because it’s crammed with oversized furniture. You can’t even walk around the bed without banging your leg on the edge (must have been a huge problem, because there are protectors on the corners). Worse than that, we had neighbors arrive the last night we stayed. We could hear every word they said, we heard them unpack, and even heard what sounded like plates being stacked (there are rooms with up to 2 bedrooms and kitchens). It was infuriating when trying to sleep. The beach view was beautiful and I would have enjoyed the pool more if it wasn’t for the stink of rotting fish coming from the shoreline. I understand this is not the fault of the hotel, but I swear the stink was so bad that it would be in the back of your throat for hours. Although it was generally in a good location and parking wasn’t a problem, I wouldn’t stay here again.
