Definitely returning!!
This is my go to place when visiting the Outer Banks! This place never disappoints and I will always return!!

Sea Building 505
This room had a very good view of the ocean to the left but a huge sand dune blocked view to the right of porch deck bottom floor. If choosing a bottom floor in the Sea Building, keep this in mind.
We enjoyed being able to step off our porch onto the sand. The room setup was nice. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Baseboards were dirty. Sliding door to porch was difficult to open and close. Probably because of sand causing friction. Breakfast was good and served until 10 AM. Kill Devil Grill is right across the street and is really good. Location of hotel was good. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location
It was the perfect location from the kids to go from the beach to the pool. All the restaurants were in walking distance. My family really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again!

Would stay here 100 times out of 10. First time visitors to the OBX, we were so happy with the location, convenience, and cost of this property. Family of 4 celebrating our oldest's HS graduation, had the time of our lives. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location!
Wow! You can not beat the location of this hotel. Right on the beach. We were in room 501 beachfront, you literally took a step off deck onto beach!! Beach was gorgeous. Hotel is near many restaurants. We traveled to Hatteras and Corolla. Kill Devil Hills and this hotel was central to both towns. Hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was waffles, cereals, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, frozen breakfast sandwiches to heat up, juice, coffee. Hotel is older but in decent shape. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you want beach easy access and an amazing ocean view.
