This was the most dangerous place I've ever attempted to stay in all of my life! The room was also full of roaches!

When I first arrived there was a homeless man begging me to rent him a room. Prostitutes were hanging around the parking lot, they were not a bother to me. The moment I entered the room I realized there was no security lock on the door. I used the chair to block the door. I'd been traveling all day I was exhausted and felt ill. I kicked off my shoes and used the restroom. The bathroom ceiling had a previous leak and was peeling and falling. The tub/shower was beyond disgusting. But I just needed a bed. I began to get my dogs toys out and put on my pajamas and I noticed my white socks were black. Ugh it was filthy in there. Again, I just needed a bed. I thought I saw a bug but it moved quickly, I believed it was a beetle or something...I had only pulled over for a moment and booked through Priceline. Once I crawled into bed and shut off the lights I saw my dog starring at things. I turned on the lights and roaches were everywhere! I immediately called the front desk and he acted shocked. Told me that was his very best room and didn't believe they had roaches but he would bring me roach spray. He did and I attempted to spray but I'm sorry I am a normal person and I do not live like this and I'm not going to pay to stay like this. I checked in at 8:48...checked out at 10:10 apparently in Louisiana that is over two hours and you do not get a refund. This place needs to be shut down completely it is completely disgusting!!! Needless to say I stayed elsewhere in town.

Giant roaches crawling through the door, bed was unstable, there was no bathroom door, and property had a lot of neighbors blasting loud music.

The pictures are extremely misleading. The worst hotel I ever stayed in. One of the blankets had a whole in it. There was a face towel left on the shower curtain rod. It smelled like smoke. The floors were peeling. The walls were damaged. I wouldn’t even invite someone to come see me and sit in the parking lot. I kept checking my vehicle to make sure it was damaged because of the other guests. It looks like a place you go to have shady dealings. Not judging but looked like it was full of crackheads and prostitutes

Staff was good. Had two nights reserved. Canceled the second cause of issues with the room so as long as I get my refund as the manager said I would in about a week it’s ok. If not it’s not ok!
